摘要
In response to the rising frequency of high-impact, low-probability events like earthquakes and flash floods, which threaten Power Distribution Systems (PDSs) and lead to extended power outages, researchers have prioritized bolstering the resilience of these systems. This paper presents a strategy for optimizing the placement of flood resilient Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCSs) to enhance the resilience of PDSs during critical events by leveraging Electric Vehicles (EVs). The methodology begins by establishing a traffic network in Klang, Malaysia, utilizing the professional transport modeling software PTV Visum to simulate EV evacuation during flood event. Subsequently, we stimulate car concentrations in potential parking lots to determine the optimal placement of flood resilient EVCSs through an optimal planning model. Numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
