摘要
In this paper, in the context of the large-scale application of new energy vehicles, we propose a method of using photovoltaic, energy storage and V2G technologies to solve the power load pressure brought by charging piles to the power grid. This paper firstly constructs the probabilistic models of PV power generation and EV charging pile load, then proposes a day-ahead planning model for solving the thermal unit power generation plan and PV energy storage construction plan, and a real-time planning model for solving the energy storage device deployment scheme and charging pile V2G deployment scheme, and deterministically transforms the chance constraints and arbitrariness constraints therein by using sampling methods. Finally, this paper obtains a comparison of the performance of various aspects of the system before and after the construction of photovoltaic energy storage by solving the IEEE30 node model, proving that the method proposed in this paper is able to effectively reduce the operating cost, improve the stability of the system, and play a role in shaving peaks and filling valleys.
