摘要:
Faculty development is essential to promote pedagogical innovation and the transformation of teaching practices. The faculty development model presented in this study was guided by three research questions about how scholars engage in institutionally held training opportunities for professional development; how scholars engage with and collaborate within learning communities/communities of practice; and the implications and perceived impacts of such dynamics for the conceptualization of faculty development approaches aimed at community development. The results highlight community development as an interdisciplinary opportunity to reflect, learn, diversify, rethink, envision, and be intentional about pedagogy. A desenvolvimento pedag & oacute;gico docente no Ensino Superior & eacute; essencial para a inova & ccedil;& atilde;o e transforma & ccedil;& atilde;o das pr & aacute;ticas de ensino e aprendizagem. Neste estudo, apresenta-se um modelo de desenvolvimento pedag & oacute;gico assente tr & ecirc;s quest & otilde;es de investiga & ccedil;& atilde;o: como se envolvem os docentes em sess & otilde;es de forma & ccedil;& atilde;o pedag & oacute;gica da institui & ccedil;& atilde;o; como se envolvem e colaboram os docentes em comunidades de aprendizagem e pr & aacute;tica; quais as implica & ccedil;& otilde;es e impactos percebidos destas iniciativas no desenvolvimento pedag & oacute;gico dos docentes e na comunidade acad & eacute;mica. Os resultados refor & ccedil;am o desenvolvimento comunit & aacute;rio, colaborativo e interdisciplinar entre docentes, como uma oportunidade para refletir, aprender, diversificar, repensar, projetar e conferir intencionalidade & agrave; pedagogia no Ensino Superior.
