摘要：

Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are one of the most commonly used drug groups in clinical practice. Despite the high prevalence of their use, symptoms of hypersensitivity to IPPs are rare and few cases of the occurrence of allergies to drugs from this group have been documented in the available literature. The most often allergic symptoms include urticaria, angioedema and near fatal anaphylaxis. Between the individual drugs of this group there are cross -reactivity reactions. Knowledge- about crossreactivity in this group allow the safe administration of the drugs to patients who require their use.
