摘要：
The article examines the intervention of public power over more than five hundred years, in relation to the regulation of Malaga wine. The historical tour begins in the Catholic Monarchs and ends in the European Union. From the traditional importance of the volume of wine marketed, which was the first in Spain, after phylloxera, a firm commitment to quality was made, which is maintained and consolidated today.
