摘要
Polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) have a wide range of applications in double-sided tapes, label tapes and medical tapes. Due to its adhesive performance, water resistance cannot meet the needs of textile and clothing sticking, which limits its application in textile and clothing sticking. In order to explore the application of polyacrylate emulsion in textile and clothing sticking, the modified polyacrylate PSA emulsion was synthesized by using nano-silica as modifier, and emulsified terpene phenol resin as tackifying resin. The ratio of monomers, the amount of functional monomer, inorganic silica, and tackifying resin were optimized based on the properties of initial adhesion, holding adhesion, 180 degrees peel strength, and washing resistance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive film. The initial tack is 25# steel ball, the holding force is more than 30 min, the peel strength is 24.4 N/25 mm, and also it has good washing resistance of modified polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion. It has great application prospect in textile and clothing sticking.
