Developing problem-solving efficacy and job performance: Moderation of knowledge-oriented leadership

摘要
Drawing upon social cognitive career theory, this study presents the formation of job performance by concurrently justifying problem-solving efficacy as a mediator and knowledge-oriented leadership as a moderator. In the proposed model, job performance is influenced by the learning value of the job, perceived job insecurity, and learning goal orientation (i.e., three predictors) indirectly through problem-solving efficacy. Moreover, knowledge-oriented leadership hypothetically moderates the effects of the three predictors on problem-solving efficacy. Empirical evaluations are demonstrated on the basis of the analyzed data of high-tech workers in Taiwan. Finally, theoretical and practical implications about workplace learning and job performance are discussed. Bas & aacute;ndose en la teor & iacute;a de la carrera cognitiva social, este estudio presenta la formaci & oacute;n del rendimiento laboral justificando simult & aacute;neamente la eficacia en la resoluci & oacute;n de problemas como un mediador y el liderazgo orientado al conocimiento como un moderador. En el modelo propuesto, el rendimiento laboral es influenciado por el valor de aprendizaje del trabajo, la percepci & oacute;n de inseguridad laboral y la orientaci & oacute;n hacia el objetivo de aprendizaje (es decir, tres predictores) indirectamente a trav & eacute;s de la eficacia en la resoluci & oacute;n de problemas. Adem & aacute;s, se hipotetiza que el liderazgo orientado al conocimiento modera los efectos de los tres predictores sobre la eficacia en la resoluci & oacute;n de problemas. Las evaluaciones emp & iacute;ricas se demuestran en base a los datos analizados de los trabajadores de alta tecnolog & iacute;a en Taiw & aacute;n. Des & eacute;valuations empiriques sont d & eacute;montr & eacute;es sur la base des donn & eacute;es analys & eacute;es des travailleurs de haute technologie & agrave; Taiwan. Enfin, les implications th & eacute;oriques et pratiques concernant l'apprentissage en milieu de travail et la performance au travail sont discut & eacute;es. Unter Bezugnahme auf die sozial-kognitive Karrieretheorie stellt diese Studie die Bildung von Arbeitsleistung dar, indem sie gleichzeitig die Probleml & ouml;sungseffizienz als Mediator und wissensorientierte F & uuml;hrung als Moderator rechtfertigt. In dem vorgeschlagenen Modell wird die Arbeitsleistung durch den Lernwert der Arbeit, wahrgenommene Arbeitsplatzunsicherheit und Lernzielorientierung (d.h., drei Pr & auml;diktoren) indirekt durch die Probleml & ouml;sungseffizienz beeinflusst. Dar & uuml;ber hinaus moderiert die wissensorientierte F & uuml;hrung hypothetisch die Auswirkungen der drei Pr & auml;diktoren auf die Probleml & ouml;sungseffizienz. Empirische Bewertungen werden anhand der analysierten Daten von Hochtechnologiearbeitern in Taiwan demonstriert. Abschlie ss end werden theoretische und praktische Implikationen & uuml;ber Arbeitsplatzlernen und Arbeitsleistung diskutiert.
