摘要
Achalasia is a neurodegenerative disease of the esophagus characterized by a gradual irreversible loss of motor function. We present a case of a 69-year-old woman with long-lasting achalasia, Barrett's esophagus, and stricture in the area of the esophagogastric junction. A subtotal esophageal resection, creating a stomach tube from the greater curvature, gastroesophagoplasty by Ivor-Lewis-McKeown, and pyloroplasty by (Cite this article as: Yankov G, Alexieva M, Yankova S, Mekov E.
