摘要
The sarglalactones P and Q ( 1 and 2 ), two new lindenane sesquiterpenoid monomers, along with ten known sesquiterpenoid monomers and their derivatives ( 3 -12 ), were isolated from Sarcandra glabra leaves. The structures, including the absolute configurations of 1 and 2 , were elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, HRMS, ECD, and single -crystal X-ray diffraction. Compared with the reported lindenane sesquiterpenoid analogs, compounds 1 and 2 possessed new H-8 beta and ethoxy-8 alpha units, respectively. Their IL-1 beta inhibitory activity and cell cytotoxicity against THP-1 cells were screened, and compound 7 (IC 50 : 29.20 +/- 0.91 mu M) showed a moderate effect.
