摘要
The acceleration of urbanization leads to the separation of job-housing spaces and increased commuting time. The evaluation of job-housing relationship based on the demand and supply of commuting transportation connections was proposed in this paper. Mobile phone and transportation accessibility data were applied to describe the demand and supply of commuting transportation connections, respectively. Commuting distance and standard deviation ellipse of commuting demand were used to characterize the job-housing relationship. The ratio of residences within rail transit service areas, the commuting time by mode, and the comparative advantage of public transportation were applied to evaluate the supply-demand relations. Zhujiang New Town and Guangzhou Science City, in Guangzhou, were selected as case studies. The results presented the patterns of job-housing relationship and revealed the mismatch gap between commuting demand and transportation supply in both spatial and temporal aspects. Conclusions can be applied to the integrated planning of transportation and land use.
