摘要
The refrigeration room has numerous pipelines, and the spatial layout is rather intricate. Most of the existing refrigeration room pipeline designs are manually created, resulting in low efficiency. This study is based on the fundamental principles of reducing system resistance, optimizing space utilization, and avoiding pipeline collisions. It employs a genetic algorithm for the automatic arrangement of pipeline spatial pathways. This algorithm models the refrigeration room, encodes each coordinate point, and evaluates the quality of pathways based on criteria such as pipeline length, the number of bends, obstacle avoidance, and pipeline compactness. Through case studies, the results demonstrate the feasibility of this approach in refrigeration room pipeline design. This algorithm can address the challenge of determining the optimal pipeline spatial pathway in complex scenarios, where manual decision-making is difficult. Combining artificial intelligence algorithms with design practices can revolutionize traditional design methods and enhance design efficiency.
