摘要
A natural consequence of implementing the assumptions of the sustainable transport is the minimization of the harmful impact that means of transport have on the natural environment. Therefore, it is extremely important to assess the impact of passenger cars on the environment - both conventional and alternatively driven. As part of the research work, the impact of selected segments of road transport on the environment was assessed using the Life Cycle Assessment LCA system analysis, covering the stages of production and operation, and taking into account technological changes and energy mixes in the time horizon until 2050. A key objective was to combine knowledge from the literature as well as data from manufacturers to propose a comprehensive methodology as well as further improve future research.
