摘要
The growing use of social networks in higher education is complementing traditional teaching with new methodologies that allow greater interaction with students and an improvement in the teaching-learning process (TLP). This article presents the main activities and results of an educational proposal where albums of publications are being prepared to support teaching in an accounting subject. These albums contain theoretical explanations and small practical examples that have been published within the teacher's profile, in the feed of photos and short videos (reels) of the Instagram platform. The article analyzes the publication viewing statistics, the degree of student satisfaction and the use of the Instagram application as a social media resource to seek knowledge and create the students' TLP. The results show that the elaborated content is generally valued positively by the students and they perceive that the use of these digital tools improves their interaction with the teacher.
