摘要：

We describe the safe and effective percutaneous pulmonary thrombectomy in an 18-year-old female with a Fontan circulation using the FlowTriever (R) device (Inari Medical (R), Irvine, US). Aspiration thrombectomy of both pulmonary arteries was performed using 24 and 16 F FlowTriever (R) catheters retrieving large amounts of thrombus material resulting in near total angiographic recanalization.
