摘要：

The present work presents the experience through which the Technological University of the State of Zacatecas, with the participation of its teachers and students of the Information Technology Career of the specialty in Multiplatform Software Development, obtained the certification under the ISO 29110 standard. -1-4-2018. The article describes a generic process defined based on the Project Management and Software Implementation processes proposed by the basic profile of this standard, which is applied to all software developments that are planned in the Information Technologies Career. Information for carrying out business stays.
