SOCIAL PEDAGOGY: ITS IMPORTANCE IN ACHIEVING QUALITY SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL INCLUSION

摘要
All people can learn and develop if there are favorable conditions for their learning. It is unquestionable that each human being learns in a different way, with different rhythm and quality, has the potential to carry out some activities and yet does not have it for others. The theme of socio-educational inclusion and attention to diversity has become the center of scientific debate in recent decades in various national and international scenarios, where the main theme focuses on the education of people with special educational needs (SEN) associated or not. to disabilities and the most opportune context to do so. The preparation of the socializing agents in charge of assuming such a challenge acquires importance, with emphasis on the community context in which they are not always included and often if excluded. Social Pedagogy, a little-known science in the Cuban sphere; it constitutes an effective tool for carrying out preventive, corrective and/or compensatory work in those communities with people with SEN to achieve quality socio-educational inclusion. That is why the present work is proposed as an objective and through the use of theoretical methods; to substantiate the importance of Social Pedagogy as a pedagogical science for the achievement of quality socio-educational inclusion in communities. It is the result of the scientific project "To know how to serve", line of research "Educational guidance to subjects in vulnerable conditions" of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences of the university where the author works.
