摘要
The objective of this study is to report an active teaching methodology, carried out with undergraduates of the Nutrition course of a Public University, aiming to formulate a matrix of actions along with nutritional care. This is an experience report, carried out through a Discussion Panel, in order to raise possible nutritional actions and strategies aimed at the field of Primary Health Care. A Matrix of activities was prepared within the scope of strategic actions of Nutritional Care, aiming at strengthening professional guidelines for nutritionists. It is concluded that it is necessary to train nutritionists with a vision and skills for multi -professional work, and knowledge about strategic actions in nutritional care as a reference for professional planning is essential.
