The objective of this work was to analyze the scientific evidence on disability, resilience and quality of life through a bibliographic review of scientific publications between 2016 and 2021. Descriptors used were: disability, resilience, quality of life, motor disability, visual disability, sensory disability, and sensory disability. The prisma methodology was applied. The results showed in general that no type of disability affects the resilience of the person for a long time, because this can be affected at some point in life by circumstances, but the skills developed in life help to overcome these obstacles. Referred to the quality of life it was shown that this can be affected, but not by the person but by the classification, by economic, cultural, family, health system, religion or political processes factors, among others. The scientific evidence on the subject studied allows concluding that resilience and quality of life in people with disabilities have a direct relationship not only with the type of disability, but with the consolidation of factors that favor these two aspects during the course of life. These factors are the family, social and labor support that play a preponderant role in the life of the person.
