摘要
This article presents a comparative study between theater and performance as developed during Spain's transition to democracy. To this effect, an analysis of the main methodological and discursive tools used by these artistic expressions is carried out, identifying the most relevant analogies and differences between these practices. We conclude that the roads between theater and performance in Spain's transition traced openly diverging cartographies. Both disciplines were structured and publicized according to unique ways that, when compared, reveal marked contrasts. However, the arrival of new scenic movements-primarily since the beginning of the new century-gave way to a space more inclined to contamination, leaving a foggy landscape where the frontiers between the scenic arts and are blurred.
