10 years of the pontificate of Francisco: a rescue and a proposal Bishop of Rome as a text in the light of Paul for reading the Ricoeur's perspective

It was March 13, 2013 when Argentine Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio appeared on the balcony of St. Peter's Basilica. Everything about him spoke, be it him, personally, or his own project for the Church that, even in the first speeches, interviews and gestures, was also showing itself little by little. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Francis' pontificate, which, more than leaving a legacy in theological terms, represents, in itself, a path for the Church, as a great initiator of processes. In this sense, this article seeks to briefly rescue the history of his life to point out how, effectively, all his experience and training contributed effectively so that, today, the Pope carries out his ministry with such courage, as a son of the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council. (1962-1965). At the same time, based on Ricoeur's analysis (1913-2005), the bishop of Rome is presented as a text, which must be interpreted and lived concretely by the Church, so that it is always better understood and, at the same time, In the light of what the Council asked for, please also update it for the 21st century.
