摘要
The development of logistics is directly related to and complementary to social economy. However, due to the booming logistics business, environmental pollution becomes worse and the lack of resources is aggravated. For example, the transportation brings about the excessive emission, fuel energy consumption, noise pollution. In handling, inappropriate management tends to cause resource waste, commodity damage or leakage, noise pollution, air pollution, water pollution. In packaging, the use of non-degradable and non-renewable resource materials or unreasonable packaging such as over-packaging and repeated packaging will exert negative influences to the environment. Based on the above problems and the requirements of sustainable development, this paper first introduces the green logistics definition, and then analyzes state policy about green logistics in China and the current situation of developing green logistics in Shunfen (SF) Express. This paper evaluates the benefits of implementing green logistics in SF Express and analyzes the evaluation results after comprehensive consideration of index construction principles and selection methods. On basis of the analytic hierarchy process, together with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and questionnaire survey results, the index system of Express green logistics evaluation is established, and specific optimization and improvement measures are put forward based upon all analysis results.
