Aprotic polar solvents do not suppress It - It interactions and polar stationary phase containing aromatic groups. The THF additives to MeCN/phosphate buffer mobile phase for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography operating in a mixed -mode eliminate lipophilic compounds interference saving unique It - It selectivity.
