摘要：

In recent years, there have been massive advances in the exploration of psoriasis genetics, with the GWAS first gaining traction followed by further studies on rare and structural variants. Studies of psoriasis genetics have revealed complex associations between specific genetic variants and comorbid conditions as well as variants and therapeutic response. These studies reinforce the importance of continued study of these associations to allow for further advances in targeted care.
