摘要
The elemental composition of the kernels of the fruits of seven cultivars of walnut of the Nikita Botanical Gardens cultivated in the soil-climatic conditions of the foothill and flat-steppe agroclimatic zones of the Crimea was investigated. The investigated walnut samples were transferred to the solution in a microwave for the decomposition of samples by the wet ashing method. The solutions thus obtained were analyzed on an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. In addition, the content of Al, Ca, Si, and B was analyzed on an inductively coupled plasma spectrometer with optical emission detection. It was determined that the content of the elements, depending on the cultivar, varied within the following ranges: K - 340-432; P - 361-421; Mg - 122-161; Fe - 1.312.51; Mn - 1.46-5.01; Cu - 1.26-2.06; Zn - 2.16-4.65 mg 100 g(-1).
