摘要
A reality based on transformational management and innovation is presented, of which it will form a fundamental part in organizations, therefore, it is intended to know the internal characteristics in terms of the virtues, abilities and skills that management develops in terms of managerial innovation for create a new way of managing, but this time, the man or woman will be approached according to their sexual orientation, that is, it is intended in the investigation, to investigate the Phenomenology which studies consciousness as subjective experience of each individual, and of which has been established as a field of scientific knowledge called phenomenological psychology. In this sense, as phenomenological psychology it is considered the explanation of the experiences of an individual based on the consideration of their concrete experiences and in this opportunity according to the organizational behavior of the management, seen from the third gender. It is intended with the present research, to make known the emotional aspects that the management with a sexual orientation other than the particular one, should take to the practices in the organizations, in order to be respected and considered an individual just like the heterosexual society, For this reason, management strategies created as an innovative aspect that serve as an example to follow the behavior and culture of transformational management as a whole will be provided.
