摘要
The aeration system based on the Venturi cavitation effect inhales and breaks the air into bubbles under severe cavitation effects, greatly increasing the gas-liquid contact area and improving the mass transfer efficiency. However, the collapse of bubbles during aeration process affects the safety and reliability of the entire system. Therefore, studying the bubble collapse mechanism in the Venturi bubble generator has great practical value. In this work, the influence of initial bubble wall distance on the bubble collapse process was obtained by comparing the bubble collapse time, central pressure and interface velocity at different distances from the wall. We analyzed the influencing factors of initial bubble-wall distance on the bubble collapse process, and established a bubble collapse time delay model and a bubble interface velocity change model affected by initial bubble-wall distance, respectively, to predict the bubble collapse time and interface velocity near the wall. The results of this work have practical significance and application value for sewage treatment and environmental engineering, and can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization of aeration systems.
