摘要
This paper presents a reflectarray (RA) unit with gain filtering characteristic based on 1-bit magnetoelectric (ME) dipole. The reflection element comprises a pair of ME dipole, a ground plane and a feeding arm. By integrating the split branches into the ME dipole, the operation bandwidth of the cell is limited to 8.7-14.16 GHz (with |S-11| <-10 dB), enabling effective out-of-band suppression. By adjusting the length of the feeding arm, the antenna unit can achieve different phase delays of 0 degrees and 180 degrees. Finally, the simulated results demonstrate that this RA antenna unit offers wide bandwidth and superior out-of-band gain suppression.
