摘要
In the field of industrial dedusting, incomplete cartridge cleaning and excessive pressure drop are main problems faced by cartridge dust collectors. The conventional way of cleaning dust accumulated on a cartridge is to spray pulsed airstream from a nozzle installed at the top of cartridge. However, this method has limited effect on sticky or moist dust. This article experimentally investigates the pulse -jet cleaning effect of a double -nozzle system arranged at the bottom and top of the cartridge respectively. Results show that the cleaning effect of the doublenozzle system was much better than that of the conventional single -nozzle system. At 0.3 MPa tank pressure, the mean residual pressure drop and dust emission concentration in the top -bottom simultaneous cleaning mode using double -nozzle system decreased by 24.32% and 12.91% respectively, compared with those in the top -only cleaning mode. At higher tank pressures (> 0.5 MPa), the top -bottom successive cleaning mode exhibited better effects.
