摘要
In response to the event that operating personnel in substations forget to restore the strap to the state after maintenance operations such as overhaul and defect elimination, this paper proposes a relay protection strap state diagnosis method based on human factor identification. The method identifies the corresponding secondary equipment and the strap to be diagnosed according to the historical current data of circuit breakers and the strap state data, and determines the abnormal state of the strap to be diagnosed by analyzing the state change information of the strap to be diagnosed reported by the secondary equipment. The method is applied to a 330kv substation, and the results show that the method can diagnose the status of the strap in advance and improve the reliable operation of relay protection equipment.
