摘要：

This work analyzes the theoretical and practical reasons used in favor of the disappearance of the Constitutional Court or the reduction of its functions. It exposes the historical reasons for the survival of the Spanish Constitutional Court, despite recognizing the crises it has gone through and the limited admission of the appeal for protection.
