摘要
Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite solar cell faces challenges in commercialization, such as long-term ambient stability and potential environmental lead toxicity. Here, we explore an all-inorganic Rb2SnI6-based perovskite solar cell and optimize the device structure using SCAPS. An optimized PCE of 23.92% is achieved. Further, we optimize the defect densities, thickness of absorber layer, shunt, and series resistance. Considering back contact metals, carbon is suggested as an efficient, low-cost alternative without compromising the solar cell performance.
