Alloplastic implants used in male facial rejuvenation can provide a safe and lasting result. Trends in the male aging facial skeleton, baseline sexual dimorphism, thorough examination, and comprehensive discussion of desired results are key when devising a surgical plan with the patient. Familiarity of alloplastic materials, surgical approach, and anticipated complications are imperative for success.
