摘要：
Although TCD has long been used to monitor patients with SAH for cerebral vasospasm, TCCS may also be used to assess the risk of DCI, screen patients for the presence of elevated ICP, confirm the diagnosis of brain death, measure midline shift, and detect ventriculomegaly. TCCS should therefore be integrated with other POCUS techniques as an essential skill for the neurointensivist.
