摘要
This research analyzes the level of commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility of marine tourism companies. The drivers and barriers that facilitate or limit these companies' implementation of socially responsible actions are studied. A questionnaire was developed for the managers of the companies in the sector, and a structural equation model was designed. The results show a relatively high level of commitment to CSR. The drivers are above the average, except for the demand or pressure from client companies, social pressure cost reduction, and revenue growth, which do not reach the average. As for the barriers, it is observed that they do not consider that there is a lack of commitment from the owner and/or manager, nor from the client companies; however, they do consider the excessive and complex regulations and the degree of collaboration with public and private agents to be significant barriers.
