摘要
Utilities must consider the multi-dimensional nature of resiliency when upgrading their infrastructure. The status quo in evaluating resiliency upgrades involves the field review and manual assessment of the feeder set to propose targeted upgrades. In a large utility like ComEd, serving over four million customers and with over 200 34kV sub-transmission lines, such an assessment is time consuming and sub-optimal. In this paper, we discuss the application of graph theory to convert map objects into graph networks, development of resiliency metrics that is flexible and customized to the needs of the ComEd system.
