摘要
Chinese Neo-Confucianism (CNC) is one of the three trends of thought in modern China. It is a more appropriate Chinese philosophy for young people that draws on the essence of traditional Confucian culture and incorporates western culture with its emphasis on democracy and freedom. However, young people have a low grasp of CNC and have a misunderstanding of its culture and thought. Nowadays, most studies in the field of traditional cultural transmission focus on intangible cultural heritage techniques and historical relics, while fewstudies focus on traditional thoughts, among which the research on the transmission of CNC is still blank. In addition, no matter in the field of design, art, or transmission, the combination of traditional cultural inheritance and digital technology has become the future trend. Therefore, this study aims to publicize the philosophy of CNC through the combination of digital technology and CNC, to guide young people to explore, realize and understand the core views of CNC, and enhance their cultural confidence and cultural identity. In this paper, we select Guanhai Lou, the ancient architecture and former residence of CNC master Xiong Shili, located in Tangtou Village, Hualong Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, as the research object and use Double Diamond Model and Co-design are adopted to explore the propaganda pain points and design opportunities of CNC and to complete the subsequent design. This study not only integrates digital entertainment and cultural digitalization technology organically through the form of narrative design and orienteering and designs a complete set of user experience designs centered on CNC transmission. But it also combines digital technology, narrative design, and orienteering for the first time, which provides a design reference for more designers to design traditional ideological transmission modes in the future.
