摘要：

The importance of reducing carbon has become paramount in efforts to reduce global climate change. Some suggest the key to immediate action on climate change is to replace all fossil-fueled technologies with electric ones, while simultaneously moving the electrical grid to renewable sources such as solar and wind power. The policy push to electrify in the built environment and throughout industry has led some to state that combined heat and power (CHP) does not have a future.
