摘要
Bullous cutaneous reactions can be caused by many factors, including vaccines.1 However, among all cutaneous reactions following coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) mRNA vaccines, bullous reactions are rare. Here, we describe two patients with delayed generalised bullous cutaneous reactions 7 days after receiving Moderna (Spikevax (R)) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty (R)) COVID-19 vaccination, respectively. Bullous cutaneous reactions after COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are rare. We describe two patients with delayed generalized bullous cutaneous reactions 7 days after receiving Moderna's Spikevax (R) and Pfizer-BioNTech's Comirnaty (R) COVID-19 vaccination. Our findings suggest an underlying reactive immune activation mechanism. Emphasizing the significance of vaccination in managing the COVID-19 pandemic, we assert that a bullous cutaneous reaction should not necessarily deter revaccination. image
