摘要
A magneto-optical device provides a nonvolatile operation by integrating ferromagnetic materials, which enables reconfigurable photonic integrated circuits. In addition, an artificial neural network with all-optical signal processing based on magneto-optical memory can be expected. We present integrated magneto-optical devices and discuss applications to photonic computing.
