摘要
This article presents an aperture-shared reflectarray supporting Sub-6 GHz and millimeter-wave (mm-wave) dual-band dual circular polarization independent beam-shaping. A square patch is implemented in the top layer working at Sub-6 GHz. The Sub-6 GHz patch connects to a branch line coupler. The LHCP/RHCP phases is independently manipulated by the phase delay lines connecting to the coupler. As for the mm-wave dual CP independent beam shaping, two different cells are implemented on the aperture and integrated with the patch antenna. By adjusting the size and properly rotating the angle of the UC, the LHCP/RHCP components can be independently manipulated. A reflectarray antenna operating at Sub-6 GHz and 30 GHz with dual CP decoupled beams is designed for verification.
