摘要：

The high proportion of access to distributed energy sources has become an important trend in the development of new power systems. Due to the simple grid structure, traditional distribution networks will face problems such as voltage overruns and uncontrolled power flow when faced with access to diverse sources and loads. problem. This paper first analyzes the working principle of the Rotary Power Flow Controller (RPFC) composed of two Rotary Phase Shifting Transformers (RPST) and establishes its mathematical model; secondly, a distribution network power supply reliability evaluation index based on load point index and system reliability index is proposed; further, the basic framework of the distribution network reliability evaluation algorithm is established based on the Monte Carlo simulation method in the distribution network with cross-regional access of the rotary power flow controller; finally, taking the actual power distribution system in a certain area as an example, the proposed algorithm is used to calculate the impact of the regional interconnection access of the flexible interconnection device RPFC on the system reliability index. It is verified that reasonable access to RPFC can significantly improve the reliability of the distribution network.
