摘要
The recognition and safeguarding of human rights constitute fundamental pillars for the establishment of a just and equitable society. In order to delve deeper into this premise, an exhaustive analysis of strategies applied in the legal and social fields was carried out. The research was based on descriptive, explanatory, qualitative and legal hermeneutic methods. The findings revealed effective strategies for the promotion and protection of human rights, highlighting collaboration between state institutions, non-governmental organizations and civil society. Education and awareness emerged as key tools to promote respect for human rights. We emphasize that the recognition and effective promotion of human rights demand comprehensively implemented strategies in the legal and social spheres, constituting an essential imperative to guarantee that society respects and protects these rights.
