摘要：

IEIs encompass a broad range of diagnoses with common features of infection susceptibility and immune dysregulation. PCPs are at the front line for the detection of IEIs and should be familiar with key features and have a low threshold to refer for evaluation. They can also play a role in managing IEIs, especially more mild diagnoses.
