摘要
Recent technological advancements, especially in the field of MRI, have revolutionized our understanding of OA pathophysiology. Radiography is still the foundational diagnostic tool in a clinical context to establish a structural diagnosis of OA, with MRI providing a holistic view of joint integrity and damage US has proved essential for the evaluation of synovium, and recent advances in CT technology offer enhanced imaging capabilities for detecting and understanding OA. The prevalent use of large databases and the growing emphasis on AI-enhanced prediction models are noteworthy.
