摘要
This paper proposes a novel Unified Secondary Control Structure (USCS) for Microgrid (MG) systems. The proposed strategy ensures the benefits of centralized control and can maintain MG frequency and voltage regulation even during control or communication failures. In MG, one solution to ensure MG reliability in secondary control is to merge the advantages of both centralized and decentralized techniques. In order to ensure the operation of the proposed USCS, a novel decentralized secondary voltage control is proposed, where a local -based measure is employed; thus, communication is not required. The proposed controls are verified on an MG based on the CIGRE benchmark LV distribution network through hardware -in -the -loop simulation using the RTDS platform and an RTAC controller as the centralized control. The results show that the proposed control structure can guarantee regulation even during failures and restore it to regular operation afterward.
