摘要
This paper takes a reflective approach to the exercise of jurisdic-tional action for the defence of the environment by citizens. The exercise of juris-dictional action for the defence of the environment by citizens, and in the face of the current climate emergency, questions the existence of an adequate and effective ju-dicial protection in environmental matters based on the Aarhus Convention. It also raises the possibility of obtaining judicial protection for the protection of the envi-ronment through various jurisdictional mechanisms.
