摘要
<正>Nitrogen(N), an essential nutrient element in paddy soils, is crucial for rice production. N-cycling in soils is mainly mediated by microorganisms; thus, the potential of N-cycling can be evaluated based on the structure of microbial communities that participated in the N-cycling processes. In paddy soils, biological nitrification and denitrification are the primary processes for N fertilizer use, N loss, and N2O emission.
