<正> For any polynomial p（z）=a0z~n+a1zn-1+…+a_n,a0≠0, n≥2, F is the Juliaset and μ* is the equilibrium distribution on F. Hans Brolin proved that γ（F）>0, andSμ* = F. Up to now, we know nothing about rational functions. The aim of this paper is todiscuss the case of rational functions.
