摘要
<正>全世界大约10%~15%的育龄夫妇都面临不孕不育难题。其中,40%~50%的不孕不育是由男性因素导致的[1]。随着辅助生殖技术的不断发展,体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, IVF-ET)技术已经成为临床上不孕不育治疗的主要途径。体外移植前的胚胎发育越来越成为人们关注的话题。因为它提供了一个独特的视角来了解父方因素通过精子的直接影响,而不受母体体内子宫环境的影响。
