Scrotal malignant mesothelioma is an aggressive tumor arising from the tunica vaginalis. Due to its rarity, this tumor is often accidentally found during histological evaluation and there are no recommendations for treatment. Based on three case presentations we try to draw attention for this rare disease and highlight the importance of referring these patients to a tertiary center. © The Author(s) 2024.
